Dr. Paul is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. She has 15 years of experience taking care of patients in community mental health, inpatient addiction facilities  and private practice. 

Dr. Paul started an insurance based private practice in 2014 and has built it from the ground up. Through this experience, Dr. Paul developed insights into the benefits and pitfalls of starting a private insurance based practice.

As Dr. Paul is also a Juris Doctor, she has unique perspective and a depth of understanding of legal  analysis, and nexus between medicine and law. She started Forensic Psychiatry work 10 years ago, providing services in both the civil and criminal arenas. Dr. Paul provides record and chart review, analysis, and expert opinions in a variety of contexts.
